Each apartment has one bedroom and one bath and has been meticulously remodeled. Upgrades include central heat and air, granite countertops, new appliances, walk in closets, water views (select units) and screened in porch. Laundry room is located on site as well as dock and common area with outdoor seating area and grill.

Security deposit is rental amount and due at lease signing. Full background check required. No dogs but cats are accepted. All of our properties are non-smoking. Annual leases only - No seasonal.
